Barbara S. Picard is a member of Richmond Collaborative Divorce Professionals and is a founding member of Collaborative Professionals of Richmond. Along with the firm, she is dedicated to the principles of collaborative resolution.

Jennifer Elaine Shiflett Rosen is a member of Collaborative Professionals of Richmond and serves on the education committee. She is also a member of the International Association of Collaborative Professionals (IACP).  Ms. Rosen has been handling collaborative cases since 2006.
